Strength Training

Total body workout including Squats, Deadlifts, Shoulder Presses, Chest Press, Rows and Lunges with low reps and high weight. We will be using Kettlebells and dumbbells 
 
No more than 7 people will be attending the class so we can pay more attention to your form.
 
This is NOT a cardio class, NOT a boot camp class this is a Strength Training class consisting of 2 to 3 exercise circuit done for 3 to 4 sets.
