With over twenty-five years of combined experience in fitness training, we've come to believe that training in small groups (1-3 people) can be an excellent opportunity for helping you to reach your health and fitness goals. Semi-private Training combines the best aspects of supportive, inclusive, team-based motivation, while maintaining the benefits of individualized training and goal achievement. What’s more - sharing the cost of a typical trainer (NYC Average - $150/hour) - makes it an attractive and easily affordable option for many of our members.
